This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Cirkul.

Where we ship

We ship only within the United States. Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard transit normally takes 4–8 business days after shipment. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

We provide a tracking number after the order ships. Tracking activity may take time to appear in the carrier system.

Address changes, cancellations, and delivery issues

Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. An order may be cancelled before shipment; after shipment, the Refund Policy applies. If tracking shows an exception, loss, or delivery problem, contact us so we can review the carrier information and assist.
