This Payment Policy applies to purchases made from Cirkul.

About Credit/Debit Card payments

All charges are processed in USD. We accept eligible Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover credit or debit cards when displayed at checkout. Available methods can vary by device, account, and payment provider.

Authorization and security

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable amount, including taxes charged as required by law. Payment providers may perform authorization, fraud-prevention, address, or security checks. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

Failed, duplicate, and pending charges

An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. A declined payment may require another method. A temporary pending authorization is controlled by your card issuer and normally disappears according to the issuer’s timing. Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged incorrectly.

Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel before shipment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and generally post within 5–10 business days after issuance. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
