This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Cirkul.

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Cirkul pays return shipping for approved no-reason returns and exchanges and for returns involving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise quality-related item.

Return conditions

Returned merchandise should be in substantially the condition received and include the original packaging when reasonably possible. Customized items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the item is defective.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer generally posts the credit within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. After shipment, this Refund Policy applies.
